I understand emergencies happen, please get ahold of me ASAP to reschedule/ cancel your appointment. Any cancellation not within 24 hours of your appointment or “no show” for your appointment is forfeiting your deposit required to book with me and you will need to put another deposit to book a new appointment. If before 24 hours I will allow a reschedule within reason withOUT forfeiting your deposit required 1-2 times per client depending on if this is a reoccurring issue this can be discussed with your nail tech personally. A complete cancellation will be forfeiting your deposit 100%.
